In my life, I wear many hats. Just like you.

In my life, I wear many hats — and I’m guessing you do too.
I’m a lifelong learner, endlessly curious, and always evolving.
I’m a mother to two boys (Plus,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,).
A wife, A Mother, a daughter and the one who somehow always ends up organizing the closets.

I cook the dinners, crave Sunday naps, collect books, and yes, I have a soft spot for sad country songs and a perfectly spicy margarita.
More than anything, I’m deeply passionate about helping others create a life that feels aligned and meaningful on their terms.
Because your dream life doesn’t have to look like mine. Or your friend’s. Or anyone else’s.
My path includes a doctoral degree in Health Education from Columbia University earned through years of hard work, diaper changes, cross-country moves, and business-building from the ground up.
And now, I bring not just academic insight, but over 10 years of real-life experience (and what feels like a thousand years of learning!) to help you shape the life you truly want.
Because when you know where you're headed, getting there becomes a whole lot clearer.
Let me take you back...
I used to live my life through others' expectations.
My happiness, worth, and decisions were filtered through everyone else's lens but my own.
This showed up as:
Saying yes to every project, meeting, and request ("Of course I can take that on!")
Measuring my success in titles
Needing external validation before making decisions ("What do you think I should do?")
Putting everyone else's priorities before my own
Believing burnout was the price of achievement
Looking to others to define what success should look like
But through discovering the transformative power of mindset work and intentional living, everything changed.
I learned that real change happens through:
Daily reflection and purposeful planning
Creating space for what truly matters
Setting boundaries with confidence
Practicing presence over constant productivity
Embracing growth, even when uncomfortable
This work transformed not just how I show up in life, but how I help others discover their own path to meaningful success.
Now, I get to guide ambitious individuals ready to:
Move from exhaustion to energized purpose
Transform people-pleasing into powerful boundaries
Create success that feels authentic and sustainable
Build a life where achievement and wellbeing coexist
Lead with confidence and clarity
I'm not here to give you a roadmap to perfection.
I'm here to walk beside you as you discover your own path to success that feels true to who you are.
Together, we'll help you find your "theme song" - that powerful sense of alignment when you're finally living and working in a way that energizes rather than depletes you.
Not someone else's version of success, but a life that feels deeply, authentically yours.
Because that kind of life? It's not just possible. It's waiting for you.
You get to build the life you've been dreaming of.
Start today.
