The real performance advantage is internal.
I’m Colombian by heart, Canadian by choice.
I moved to Canada in my early twenties—alone, with one suitcase and big dreams.
I didn’t know exactly where the path would lead, but I knew one thing: I would build something meaningful.
And I did.
I built a new life, a family, and a career in finance and strategy that lasted over two decades.
I worked in high-pressure environments where performance was non-negotiable and pressure came standard.
I learned to navigate complexity and deliver results—often at the expense of my own well-being.
Twenty years later, I chose to start again.
This time, from the inside out.
What changed wasn’t my ambition.
What changed is my definition of success, and the price I'm no longer willing to pay for it.
I transitioned into coaching and consulting because I believe human potential is the most underutilized asset in business.
And because I’ve seen what happens when organizations focus only on performance without supporting the people behind it.
Today, I work in partnership with companies and leaders to build cultures that are aligned, human, and sustainable.
My work blends neuroscience, wellness strategy, and performance psychology into a cohesive framework that helps organizations thrive, without burning out their people.
Some quick facts about me:
I studied Economics and earned an MBA from HEC Montréal
I’m fully trilingual: English, French, and Spanish
I’m a proud mom of two boys
I’m passionate about neuroscience, philosophy, and human evolution
I've been a pescetarian for over 20 years, and my favorite food is Thai
And I still believe dancing is one of the best ways to reconnect with joy
My values are simple:
Connection. Simplicity. Service.
And whether I’m supporting a team of executives or coaching a leader one-on-one, everything I do is built on one belief:
Alignment isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation for how great work and great lives are built.
Lead Smarter. Live Aligned.
